Q: No Inventory? How are orders fulfilled?

A: kiosk virtual stores operate without costly inventory. Orders are processed, decorated, and shipped directly to the buyer within 7 business days of order placement.

Q: No minimums? Can I order just one garment at a time?

A: Other than the initial $195.00 per logo setup charge, there are no additional charges or ongoing fees for a kiosk virtual store. Ever. Non-standard options and changes may incur additional fees as detailed on your quote.

Q: How about fundraisers, can we use kiosk to raise money for my organization?

A: Yes! When we set up your kiosk virtual store for fundraising, you will determine the markup of items within your kiosk. You may log in and request payouts of your fundrasing once every 30 days, from $10 up to the total earned. kiosk handles all order processing, billing, production, and delivery. This is a near hands-off fundraiser for your organization, and will not have ongoing overhead. kiosk makes an excellent option for fundraising in addition to other methods your organization may use.

Q: My organization currently uses a tiered or points based method for employee/dealer incentives. Is this possible within kiosk?

A: A standard kiosk virtual store does not provide the capability to operate a points based or tiered reward/incentive program. However, kiosk does allow you to reward employees/dealers with Gift Codes of a predetermined amount that they may use for or toward a kiosk purchase, while also allowing other employees/dealers the ability to outright buy embroidered apparel.
